Female freedom: Wearing a bra is linked to breast cancer; avoid underwires to reduce risk
(Natural News) The female breasts were not designed to be restricted in any way. Every part of the breast tissue and the mammary glands were designed for freedom. Bras are a modern-day invention that hinders the flow of lymph throughout the breast tissue. This causes waste materials inside the body to stagnate. These waste materials are designed to flow out freely. Furthermore, blocking lymphatic vessels also blocks the amount of oxygen and nutrients that can get to the cells.
Because bras prop up the breast, the chest muscles and the breast ligaments begin to weaken and break down over time. Wearing a bra can cause perpetual inflammation and heighten breast cancer risk. In order to reduce the risk of getting breast cysts and clogged milk ducts, it is advisable to avoid underwires.
Before you get hooked into the system, unhook your bra

In the book Dressed to Kill by Sydney Ross Singer and Soma Grismaijer, 4,000 women were interviewed over a two-year period. Half of the women had been diagnosed with breast cancer at that time. A 75 percent majority of the women who slept in their bras developed breast cancer. The women who didn’t wear a bra had significantly lower breast cancer rates. Only one in 168 women who did not wear a bra was diagnosed with breast cancer. Even more compelling, when women ditched their bras for a month, their cysts, breast pain, and tenderness symptoms all went away.
In acupuncture, applying repeated pressure to specific points can cause over-stimulation of crucial lymphatic reflex points. When the metal in underwire bras continuously causes inflammation to these acupuncture points, the liver, gallbladder, and stomach may be implicated.
A study on Japanese and Fiji women found that breast cancer risk went up as soon as they began to wear bras. The research concluded that these breast cancers are the body’s way of adapting to the inflammation and restricted lymph flow. Similar results were found in a 1991 article published in the European Journal of Cancer. Pre-menopausal women who did not wear bras were 50 percent less likely to get breast cancer compared to women who regularly wore bras.
Women who are self-conscious should consider using camisoles or nipple pads. The only time a bra is has any necessity is during exercising. French Professor Jean-Denis Rouillon says that breasts do not benefit from bras. Bras are a “false need medically, physiologically, and anatomically,” he says.
