Welcome to our training!
This year I will start at the popular City 2 Surf Run in Sydney (Sunday, August 10, 2014) for the very first time. We got 10 weeks left and I invite everyone to join my daily 30 min – 2 hours training session (except Saturday).
Our training plan will be similar to this one: City2Surf_advancedFINAL.pdf
So you can either join every day or simply pick those days which suits you.
